Cancellation Policy

**By using our services, you agree to our Cancellation Policy.**

To avoid charges, you must cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the session’s original price.

If you cancel less than 1 hour before the session, you will be charged the full price.

**Exceptions** to this policy apply in cases of emergencies, including but not limited to:

- Sudden illness or medical emergencies
- Family emergencies (e.g., hospitalization or death of a family member)
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Unexpected power outages or internet connectivity issues
- Serious accidents or injuries
- Immediate school-related emergencies (e.g., urgent exam or project deadlines)
 
In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid being charged.
